Any blueprints, specifications, finish layouts, or process piping schematics submitted through our Quote Request forms are kept strictly confidential. These files are saved in 256-bit AES encrypted databases. Only estimating engineers specifically assigned to compile your trade division are allowed access to drawings.

2. Personal & Business Information Collected

We collect personal and professional identification details, including your full name, work email address, corporate phone number, and company name, solely to:

• Verify your builder credentials prior to drafting flat-rate proposals.
• Inquire regarding scale parameters or drawing discrepancies.
• Deliver structured Excel bid sheets and PDF markup maps.
• Manage monthly retainer contracts.

3. Third-Party Sharing Rules

We do not sell, rent, license, or disclose your corporate files or personal details to third-party advertisers or external subcontractors. All estimating is processed internally by certified cost engineers on our team.

4. Your Right to File Deletion

We retain blueprint files solely for audit purposes during active contract adjustments. You can request immediate and permanent deletion of all drawing files and corporate contact details from our databases at any time by emailing our security lead at security@armabid.com.
