Welcome to the pre-construction services of Arma Bid Solutions LLC. By accessing our portal, submitting blueprints, or purchasing Monthly Retainer packages, you agree to comply with the following contractual terms.

1. Deliverable Accuracy & Liability Limits

Arma Bid Solutions compiles materials quantity takeoffs and localized cost estimates utilizing advanced mathematical tracing software (Bluebeam Revu, On-Screen Takeoff). While we strive for 100% precision, all quantity takeoffs and labor compilations serve as advisory cost projections to guide bid proposals.

General contractors and subcontractors are legally responsible for verifying all final material orders, shipping terms, subcontractor coverage, and equipment rates prior to submitting official bid sheets to public or private clients. Arma Bid Solutions is not liable for structural field failures, materials shortages, or lost bidding profits resulting from mathematical anomalies on unverified sheets.

2. Payment Terms & Flat-Rate Billing

We provide flat-rate, per-project quotes. Work begins once our pre-construction proposal is approved and payment clearances are settled. For monthly retainer plans, billing occurs automatically on a recurring 30-day cycle. Cancellations must be submitted in writing 15 days prior to the start of the next cycle.

3. Revisions & Drawing Modifications

Our flat-rate proposals cover the specific drawing set version submitted at kickoff. If the architect or client issues addenda or drawing revisions during our active estimating cycle, additional fee adjustments may apply to update quantity traces. Unlimited minor revision adjustments are exclusively guaranteed under our Monthly Retainer partnerships.
